Bread Stuffing Quiche
If you love holiday stuffing, you'll love this clever way of stretching your leftovers even further. It's like a cross between quiche and strata!
A great use for leftover holiday stuffing, this recipe comes to us from Chef Mel Toledo of Foundation Social Eatery in Atlanta.

Bread Stuffing Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 cup leftover stuffing
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Optional add-ins: leftover turkey, cheese, or fresh herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Combine the eggs, milk, cream, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Butter a medium-sized ramekin or baking dish.
- Gently place stuffing in the ramekin and pour enough of the egg mixture to cover.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out of the center of the quiche clean.
- Enjoy!
