A great use for leftover holiday stuffing, this recipe comes to us from Chef Mel Toledo of Foundation Social Eatery in Atlanta.

Bread Stuffing Quiche

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup leftover stuffing
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • Optional add-ins: leftover turkey, cheese, or fresh herbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Combine the eggs, milk, cream, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Butter a medium-sized ramekin or baking dish.
  • Gently place stuffing in the ramekin and pour enough of the egg mixture to cover.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out of the center of the quiche clean.
  • Enjoy!
