Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded leftover turkey
  • 1 rib celery finely chopped
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill relish
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Leftover dinner rolls for serving, optional
  • Bread for serving, optional
  • Lettuce leaves for serving, optional
  • Baby spinach for serving, optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the turkey, celery, onions, mayonnaise, and relish in a large mixing bowl. Stir well to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If desired, chill the salad for 1 hour.
  • Serve on rolls, bread, lettuce leaves, or a bed of spinach.
