Gone are the days when you could join a school club and be surrounded by peers who enjoy the same activities you do — or are they? From choral performances to entrepreneurial endeavors, we’ve rounded up six women-only clubs in Nashville that offer an array of activities and give you the chance to meet like-minded new pals.
Heels and Handshakes

If you’re looking to network with fellow women in business, Heels and Handshakes is a great option. Founded by Shannen Stewart in 2013 with a mission to empower and support women in business and entrepreneurship, Heels and Handshakes offers a network of 250 women locally and has even expanded into multiple cities.
The organization hosts meetups on the second Thursday of each month, where members can mix, mingle, and learn from thoughtful speakers who are experts in their respective fields. Plus, members often attend community events together, making it a great way to expand your circle professionally and socially.
The Pretty Pace Social

Walking is not just a great form of exercise; it’s a fun way to get to know new people. The Pretty Pace Social is a women-only walking community built for empowerment, confidence, and connection.
Whether you’re looking for walking buddies for safety or socializing (the miles go faster when you’re yapping), this group creates a space for women to move freely, rebuild their spark, and grow together without judgment. Women Connect

Franklin native Lucy Miller launched Women Connect in 2020 after recognizing a need for more networking opportunities for women in Williamson County. Now, the membership-based organization has multiple chapters across the state and has expanded into Alabama, Kentucky, and Georgia.
Women Connect hosts several events a year, including the upcoming Welcome to Women Connect LIVE 2026 summit at the Factory at Franklin on October 23. With inspiring speakers and strategy sessions, the full-day event is designed to help female entrepreneurs, professionals, and business leaders take the next step toward success. (Non-members are also welcome to attend.)
Nashville Book & Sip Club

Ever wish you had someone to discuss a great book with while enjoying an equally great cocktail? Your wish just came true. The Nashville Book & Sip Club hosts a signature monthly “Book Party” at various local coffee and cocktail spots to discuss their latest literary picks.
Recently, the group met at the JW Marriott Downtown to discuss Yesteryear by Caro Claire Burke. August’s entry, Twilight, was part of the club’s Plot Theme program. This month’s theme is Nostalgia Era, “a celebration of the stories that shaped us, the books we couldn’t put down, and the characters we never truly left behind.”
Vox Grata Women’s Choir

There’s something beautiful about women joining together in harmony. And that’s what Vox Grata Women’s Choir does best. This audition-based singing group bridges generations (its members span 50 years in age) through song. Singers are invited to join before each concert cycle — generally two to three times per year. Aspiring members are required to complete an online form detailing their choral and musical experience, voice parts, and sight-reading ability.
Membership has a one-time fee of $50, and then the fun begins! Vox Grata rehearses every Monday starting in mid-August and performs free concerts, with free-will offerings collected for a chosen beneficiary organization. It’s a great way to lift your voice with other women, support the community, and make new friends in the process!
BrainTrust

BrainTrust is a collective of diverse women business owners who come together to benefit one another by sharing their experiences and business acumen. Members are placed in small, thoughtfully assembled groups where they can learn from and draw on each other’s expertise, networks, markets, and capital.
It’s a collective in the truest sense, encouraging mentorship, relationships, and the sharing of ideas. Members and non-members alike can attend the annual BrainTrust Live event on October 2. It’s a full day of expert speakers, shared experiences, problem-solving, and more, all designed to boost both productivity and community.
