This local favorite has opened a second location, bringing the same crowd-pleasing pies from its original Nations spot to a new neighborhood. The Wagyu double cheeseburger that Jelly Roll famously dubbed “the best he’s ever had” now has a permanent home inside the historic Arcade. Created by Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee and pro skateboarder Neen Williams, NADC (Not a Damn Chance) keeps it simple: a double Wagyu patty with American cheese, secret sauce, onions, pickles, and jalapeños. Add beef tallow fries and finish with a brown butter cookie. No gimmicks. Not overcomplicated. Just a very serious burger.
