I’ve had my eye on Jasmine Roth since she first started transforming homes on HGTV. If you’ve watched “Help! I Wrecked My House” or “Hidden Potential,” you know exactly what I’m talking about — that perfect blend of practical solutions with designs that actually feel like home. What I didn’t realize until recently? Jasmine’s East Coast and Southern roots (she grew up in Virginia) shine through in her approachable, family-friendly aesthetic.

This week, Jasmine announced her second partnership with Hunter LightingTM, and y’all, it’s good. The collection includes 23 pieces that solve that age-old dilemma: finding lighting and fans that are as pretty as they are functional.

I spent some time browsing through the lineup yesterday, and what struck me most was how versatile everything feels. The Beverly Glen fixtures, with their ribbed glass details, add texture and warmth whether you choose the Luxe Gold or Matte Black finish. For something more classic, the Ontario collection offers those timeless silhouettes that work in practically any room. And if you’re leaning more contemporary these days (aren’t we all experimenting a bit?), the Canoga collection’s clean lines might be your answer.

“My goal has always been to bring beautiful, timeless pieces into homes that are both practical and inspiring,” Jasmine shared about the collection. “I can’t wait for everyone to see how these new fans and fixtures come to life in real spaces.”

What I find refreshing about Jasmine’s design philosophy is that she actually seems to understand how people live in their homes. These aren’t just pretty pieces for a magazine spread — they’re meant to be lived with, to make our everyday spaces more beautiful without sacrificing the comfort and function we all need.

Whether you’re in full renovation mode or just looking to refresh a tired room, this collection hits that sweet spot between splurge-worthy and sensible. And honestly, who couldn’t use a little more of that balance right now?

Here are some images from the collection:
