  • 1 blender or food processor

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomato halves
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Roughly chop the sun-dried tomatoes and place in a blender or food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
