William Collier’s, in Nashville, TN, is one of those dark, richly appointed, yet welcoming bars. The kind you want to film a movie in as it just screams “perfect setting.” It’s even located in the trendy Marathon Village, near downtown. Thus, for a bartender to work here, you need to live up to your surroundings as the ambiance lends a hand in high expectation. The bartenders pull it off time and time again with inventive, tasty cocktails. We asked Will Benedetto, Beverage Director, for a tasty cocktail to get us through the holiday season and beyond.

Will Benedetto, “So I wanted to get a little out there for my holiday drink.  Holiday’s are a time for big and boozy cocktails so I wanted to do a riff on a Martini.  This drink is called the Salt and Pepper Martini.  It’s a savory gin martini with some Christmassy colors and and enough booze to give you that holiday warmth you need to choke through awkward company christmas parties, that dinner you dread with your in laws, or even a handsy mall santa.”
