Andrew Jackson’s The Hermitage has relaunched its In Their Footsteps: Slavery at The Hermitage Tour, a guided walking experience that shares the stories of the enslaved community whose labor, resilience, and contributions shaped the historic property. The 60-minute tour explores their lives through artifacts, photographs, historical research, and a visit to the enslaved cemetery discovered on the grounds.
