Oak Hall

At its beautiful new Franklin location — a 10,000-square-foot space at McEwen Northside — Oak Hall is delivering timeless style with a Southern edge. From classic winter whites to versatile separates, this landmark store has everything you need for your holiday looks, along with gifts for everyone on your list.

*SB TIP: Oak Hall offers complimentary alterations with every purchase for a flawless fit!

Layered Luxe

With busy schedules that leave little time for a wardrobe change, separates make transitioning from the office to the office holiday party effortless.

For an unexpectedly chic combination, try pairing black and navy. “It’s one of our favorite color combinations for its versatility in the colder months and beyond,” says Assistant Ladies’ Buyer Emma Jones. Here, a navy cardigan paired with black kitten heels and wide-leg jeans offers a perfect day-to-night option.

Another go-to trend you’ll see this season is head-to-toe monochromatic looks — particularly satin separates paired with bulkier fabrics. This look showcases a dressy satin set paired with a jacket in a similar shade.

Glam Meets Grunge

It’s Music City, after all, so what better way to channel a little edge than by grounding a timeless, feminine silhouette with a leather jacket? Turn a gorgeous neutral two-piece set like the one pictured here into a wardrobe workhorse by topping it with a sleek biker jacket for an instant day-to-night transformation.

The same idea applies to shorter hemlines. Below, a playful cocktail dress gets the Nashville treatment when paired with a cropped, kimono-sleeve leather bomber in a rich, on-trend wine tone.

Winter Whites

Winter whites paired with soft neutrals can make you look effortlessly polished, and Oak Hall is styling them with midi and maxi skirts for a bohemian-inspired look. From intricate detailing to airy sheer overlays, these separates offer endless versatility.

And the pièce de résistance? A swoon-worthy shaggy faux-fur jacket by Vince that’s pure cold-weather glam.

The boutique blends neutral tones and classic silhouettes, offering carefully curated pieces that elevate your wardrobe and home. This season, their collection highlights luxe cashmeres, faux furs, fringe, and signature leather accents.

Western Glam

“I love this tonal look because it’s the epitome of Western glam for a night out,” says Brook. “Plus, the separate pieces can be mixed and matched for effortless vacation styling.” Wrap yourself in the luxurious Mongolian Fur Cape by Minnie Rose and pair it with a simple turtleneck and slip skirt. Top it off with standout accessories, like this silver bolo and statement gold cuff.

Satin, Meet Sweater

Another satin sighting!

Whether it’s a girls’ night out or holiday shopping, try elevating wintery neutrals with statement accessories like the fabulous belt and boots paired here. “Stivali is one of our favorite boot brands,” says Brook, “not only for their beautiful details, but because they fit like a glove right out of the box.” Add extra glam with a textured bag, like the fur tote pictured here.

Influence Boutique

Location: Westhaven
More info: influence-boutique.com

Located in the heart of Franklin’s Westhaven community, Influence Boutique is more than a shop; it’s a space where women can connect, converse, and celebrate their personal style. Founded by Jennifer Morell, Influence focuses on timeless, elevated essentials that make getting dressed a cinch.

In today’s looks, Jennifer highlights the versatility of a neutral wardrobe for women of all ages — modeled by mother-daughter duo Jana and Scout Speer.

Wildly Sophisticated

Take a walk on the wild side with winter snakeskin, a look that never goes out of season. For 2025, it gets a fresh twist with a print-on-print moment. “Snakeskin is a staple that adds edge and interest, no matter your age, whether it’s a full ensemble or just an accent like a boot or bag,” says Director of Retail Ellise Garber.

‘Shear’ Perfection

Shearling is back this season, and it’s adaptable for both dressy and casual holiday attire. Here, a shearling-lined jacket cinched with a belt makes a stunning winter layer.

“Layers are key, especially here in the Nashville area where winter weather can be unpredictable,” says Ellise. “I meet so many women who want coverage without hiding themselves, and this is a perfect example of how to meet that need. It blends current trends with comfort and a flattering silhouette.”

The Perfect Balance

Whether you gravitate toward fitted dresses or relaxed, menswear-inspired separates, there’s room for both in your winter wardrobe. A kitten-heeled, pointed-toe boot adds just the right amount of structure to either direction.

Finish the look with a mix of silver and gold jewelry. Once considered taboo, this mixed-metal pairing now feels totally modern and offers the perfect reason to incorporate treasured heirlooms you may have neglected in the past.
