Thereโs no better way to toast the arrival of spring than with a vibrant cocktail in hand. Whether youโre planning an elevated dinner party or just gathering with friends on the patio, this spring cocktail from Spirits Director Carla Irene at Birmingham, ALโs Armour House offers a perfect blend of seasonal brightness.
Ginger Daisy Cocktail
The Ginger Daisy offers a crisp, golden glow that feels just right for the season โ bright and refreshing. Featuring Corazรณn Blanco tequila, limoncello, lime, beets, and ginger, the drink strikes a harmonious balance between earthy and bright. The natural sweetness of beet juice brings unexpected depth and color, while ginger adds a zesty kick that pairs beautifully with the citrus notes. Serve it in a rocks glass with a delicate garnish โ think thin lime wheel or a candied ginger skewer.

This cocktail is easy enough for home bartenders to make, yet impressive enough to wow your guests. Itโs a great way to cure any lingering winter blues and usher in warmer days with style and flavor. So shake, stir, and pour your way into spring โ one sip at a time.

- For a store-bought alternative to the beet-ginger syrup, use Natalieโs Carrot, Ginger, Turmeric, Apple Juice (Yes, all those ingredients in one juice!). It has a perfect balance of savory, sweet, and spice. If using this product, use it as a juice (changing the recipe to 0.5 oz. Natalie's and 0.25 oz. lime juice) and substitute agave for the syrup.
