With the growth of Instagram, there’s been an increase in the celebration of national holidays. And while we try not to hop on every bandwagon (is every day National Dog Day?!), a month dedicated to our favorite cheesy sandwich is one we’re here for. The sinfully satisfying sandwich lends itself to plenty of creative twists, and Nashville’s chefs are serving some of the most innovative we’ve seen. Find out where to celebrate the grilled cheese this month, and if you’re feeling ambitious, try a new one each day until May! Lest we play favorites, they’re listed in alphabetical order by restaurant.
