Football season is almost here, and the Tennessee Titans are giving young fans more ways than ever to be part of the action. Through the newly expanded Rac-Pack Kids Club, on-field opportunities like Junior Cheer, and the continued growth of girls’ flag football, kids and teens are invited to connect with the team in meaningful ways. As the Titans prepare for their Farewell Season at the current Nissan Stadium, families can also make lasting memories at a free training camp scrimmage and fireworks celebration. Here’s a closer look at the youth programs and experiences available this season.

Join the Newly Expanded Rac-Pack Kids Club

Created in 2022, the Rac-Pack Kids Club was designed to bring the next generation of Titans devotees together through special events, exclusive discounts, one-of-a-kind experiences, and chances to connect with the team. This year, the program is expanding with various membership tiers, including the first-ever free membership option, making it even easier for more children and families to join the fun.

For those new to Nashville or looking for ways to become more involved in the community, Rac-Pack helps young fans feel connected to the team while building friendships along the way. Nashville welcomes many new families each year, and the program provides kids with a place to meet new people, share their love of football, and create lifelong memories.

“Nashville is such a transient city, and there are a lot of folks who are moving here to raise their families,” explains Jenny DeLoach, Tennessee Titans Vice President of Entertainment & Fan Engagement. “A lot of times, kids are moving from their pre-established groups of friends and looking for new communities and places to meet new people. Rac-Pack is the perfect place to do so.”

Step Onto the Field as a Junior Cheerleader

For young Titans followers who love to perform, the Junior Cheer Program offers the chance to experience game day in a whole new way. Open to boys and girls ages 6 to 14, the program allows participants to learn routines alongside Titans Cheerleaders, attend practices, and perform on the field during the team’s October 25 game against the Cleveland Browns.

Beyond the excitement of the performance itself, the young attendees will enjoy a supportive environment where they can build confidence, learn teamwork, and connect with other young fans who share a passion for the Titans.

“It’s really cool to watch kids create their own community together with our cheerleaders,” says Jenny. “There are always really special moments, and we’ve heard from so many kids that it’s their favorite time of the year. Seeing them return each year and watching them improve has been really cool to see.”

For many families, the Junior Cheer experience becomes a tradition carried down through generations. Former Titans Cheerleaders enroll their own children to participate. “A lot of the former cheer alumni have their children now in the Junior Cheer program, so it’s a very special full-circle moment,” adds Jenny.

Introducing the New Junior Flag Runners Program

A brand-new experience this year, the Junior Flag Runners Program gives kids the chance to take part in game day by running flags on the field. It’s a memorable behind-the-scenes moment they won’t soon forget.

“We want our youngest fans to feel like they’re part of the team, and we want them to be excited about football and the Titans. There are so many ways to be involved with that beyond just playing the game,” adds Jenny.

Celebrating the Historic Growth of Girls’ Flag Football in Tennessee

In just a few short years, girls’ flag football has grown into a thriving part of Tennessee’s football community. The Titans have played a role in supporting this growth, helping create more avenues for young athletes to participate and even envision a future in the sport.

Tennessee was the 10th state to sanction girls’ high school flag football, and the sport has continued to expand at a remarkable pace. What started with nine high schools and fewer than 200 players now includes more than 200 schools and over 5,000 athletes across the state.

“We’re really proud to have helped turn this emerging initiative into something meaningful that is now a big part of the state’s football culture,” says Josh Corey, Tennessee Titans Vice President of Cause Marketing.

The impact extends beyond the field, giving young athletes chances to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and pursue new pathways through the sport. With girls’ flag football now growing at the youth, high school, collegiate, and Olympic levels, athletes have more ways than ever to continue playing the game they love.

“The bottom line is we think the game of football should be available to everyone, and girls’ flag allows the Titans to welcome more young athletes into the sport,” says Josh.

Make Memories During the Titans’ Farewell Season

As the Titans prepare for their Farewell Season at Nissan Stadium, families have a special chance to be part of the memories that will define this next chapter. On August 7, fans are invited to the team’s free training camp practice and scrimmage, where they can watch the players take the field in pads, enjoy a fireworks show, and celebrate the final season at the stadium together.

“These are about lifelong memories,” says Josh. “Being able to visit training camp, meeting a player, getting to watch professional football players on the field … that’s a lifelong memory that hopefully they will take with them forever.”
