Peanut Butter Incredibles
Peanut Butter Incredibles are the no-bake answer to providing big taste with minimal effort when time is pinched but you still want to impress!
This time of year, the βto doβ list finally catches up with all of us.Β Does this situation sound familiar? YouΒ suddenly remember that you were supposed to bake for the office party, neighborhood get-together or class party. You have no time and are already overcommitted. Youβre emotionally frazzled anyway (December!), and this may be the straw that breaks the camelβs back. If you find yourself in that predicament, this recipe may just beΒ your salvation, as Peanut Butter Incredibles areΒ super-quick,Β easy to make and everyone loves themΒ (but beware of nut allergies β¦ almond butter makes a great substitution for many, but not all).
I found this recipe while looking through the very approachable and beautiful cookbook Martina McBride recently wrote calledΒ Around The Table. If everyΒ recipe is this satisfying, giving back way more bang for your time investment than expected, then Iβm all in. Itβs a beautiful option for any friend orΒ family member needing a last-minute holiday gift, and the photography is gorgeous!

This dessert was so easy to make that we literally made them in about 15 minutesΒ while watchingΒ The Taste.Β There was very littleΒ to clean up, and the noise level was a non-issueΒ (no mixers or blenders needed). To know what to expect, the thickness is more toffee-thick than brownie-thick, which makes it the perfect size to keep coming back to for βjust one more bite!β
