Green Goddess Dressing
Equipment
- 1 blender or food processor
Ingredients
- 1 medium Hass avocado (about 7.5 oz.) halved and pitted
- â…” cup water
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup fresh parsley leaves
- ½ cup chopped fresh chives
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a blender or food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
