Easy Breezy Coconut Chess Pie

April 25, 2012 by Lindsey Hedgepeth

If you are looking for a dessert that is ridiculously good and literally takes 5 minutes to prepare, then let me introduce my grandmother’s Easy Breezy Coconut Chess Pie. The best part…it is all done in a blender! Yep, you read it right, a blender. Dump all the ingredients in, hit mix and it is ready to bake!
