On September 5, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., guests are invited to Yolan for an exclusive hands-on pasta-making class and lunch, priced at $175 per person. Led by Yolan’s culinary team, participants will learn to hand roll the restaurant’s signature and most popular pasta—pillowy-soft, uniquely shaped gnocchi. Following the interactive lesson, attendees will enjoy a special three-course lunch featuring a fresh salad, gnocchi with ricotta cream sauce and truffles, a seasonal dolce, and expertly paired wines.
