Cheekwood’s Masterpiece Art Series: Robert Indiana’s LOVE Sculpture

Cheekwood, in partnership with Pace Gallery and The Robert Indiana Legacy Initiative, proudly presents Robert Indiana’s iconic The American LOVE (White Blue Red) sculpture as part of its 2025 Masterpiece Art Series. Displayed throughout Cheekwood in Bloom, summer festivals, and Cheekwood Harvest, this installation continues the tradition of bringing world-renowned masterworks to Nashville. Indiana’s LOVE, first introduced in 1964 as a holiday card design, became a cultural icon after being featured by the Museum of Modern Art in 1965. On view from March 8 to November 2, 2025, the exhibition is supported by the Marlene and Spencer Hays Foundation, with free admission for members and tickets ranging from $14 to $29 for non-members.
