Pumpkin Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except cinnamon sticks to a pot over medium high heat. Whisk the mixture until smooth, and bring to a simmer.
- Once simmering, add the cinnamon sticks. Keep simmering until the mixture is thickened. Remove from heat.
- Remove cinnamon sticks and pour into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
