Sylvan Park Boarding House
Located in Nashville’s Park-Elkins Historic District, Sylvan Park Boarding House is a 3,900-square-foot luxury bed-and-breakfast featuring eight guest suites with private bathrooms. Amenities include luxurious king-size beds, queen beds in the double-occupancy room, Frette linens, Peacock Alley down, Smeg mini-refrigerators, boutique Grown Alchemist cosmetics, plush robes, slippers, and Dyson hairdryers. Guests can enjoy the entire grounds, including interior common areas, a sprawling front porch, yard games, bocce ball, and a cozy courtyard with full service from locally owned Tantísimo. The Latin American café and restaurant also provides a complimentary daily breakfast. Built in 1910, the historic home was a community boarding house for decades before longtime Sylvan Park resident Erin Tolbert purchased it in 2021 to honor its history and create a destination for locals and visitors alike.
