Nashville is quickly becoming a hub for racquet sports, with options for players of all levels to enjoy pickleball and padel across the city. From indoor facilities and community parks to rooftop courts and premium clubs, there’s something for everyone — whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills, join a league, or just try something new. Centennial Sportsplex

With 12 courts lined up for pickleball, Centennial Sportsplex is one of Nashville’s most versatile pickleball destinations. Courts are available for reservation during operating hours, with rates starting at $5 to $10 per hour, depending on court type (membership discounts apply).

Open play is offered three times weekly — Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons — for $10 per person. It uses a fun round-robin format that’s great for meeting other players.

Community Parks

For casual (and free!) play, Nashville’s community parks are a go-to. Outdoor pickleball courts can be found at Richland Park, Shelby Park, Cedar Hill Park, Madison Park, and Seven Oaks Park — all equipped with lights for evening games. Richland and Shelby each feature eight courts, while the others offer smaller setups. Courts are first-come, first-served, and players should note that at most locations, you’ll need to bring your own net.

The Courts at West Meade

With six dedicated outdoor courts, this community hub offers open play, clinics, court reservations, and social events for players of all levels. Registration is free on their website, making it easy to book a court, join a clinic, or jump into competitive at-level play.

The club also hosts private and corporate events on its three-acre property, complete with an entertainment pavilion and plenty of space for gatherings. A long-standing part of the Hillwood and West Meade community, the courts have been refreshed under new ownership and remain one of Nashville’s most welcoming spots to play pickleball.

Dinkville Rooftop at Bobby Hotel
