One of the South’s most iconic fashion destinations has officially arrived in Williamson County. Oak Hall, the Memphis-based retailer known for its curated mix of luxury designers and personalized service, has opened its newest store at McEwen Northside in Cool Springs.
The 10,000-square-foot shop occupies the ground floor of McEwen Northside’s brand-new Block E building, a $125 million, nine-story addition to the mixed-use development. This marks Oak Hall’s first Franklin location and its third in Tennessee, joining its flagship Memphis store and its Nashville location, which opened in 2016.
Luxury Meets Legacy
Founded in 1859, Oak Hall is one of the oldest family-owned retailers in the nation, now led by descendants of its original founder. The store has built its reputation on timeless style, impeccable customer service, and deep client relationships — a tradition the team is eager to extend to Franklin.
“Being at McEwen Northside gives us the opportunity to showcase Oak Hall’s signature mix of style and service in a setting that matches the level of experience we want for our customers,” said Will Levy, Oak Hall President.
Inside, shoppers will find an impressive selection of designer labels, including Canali, Zegna, Atelier Munro, Billy Reid, Peter Millar, Samuelsohn, Ann Mashburn, Brochu Walker, Faherty, and Vince. The offerings span men’s and women’s fashion, from everyday essentials to special occasion pieces.
A Destination for Elevated Retail
For McEwen Northside, Oak Hall’s arrival is a milestone. The development has steadily become a hub for retail and dining, featuring brands like Warby Parker, Vuori, and Gorjana. “Welcoming a brand with the reputation and history of Oak Hall reflects the continued momentum of McEwen Northside,” said Mark Traylor, partner and retail director at Boyle Investment Company.
Oak Hall’s opening is just the beginning of an exciting season for the district. Culinary Dropout, a gastropub concept from Fox Restaurant Concepts, debuts on September 10, and Hawkers Asian Street Food is slated to open in early 2026. Together, these additions further cement McEwen Northside as one of Cool Springs’ most dynamic destinations to shop, dine, and gather.
Celebrating the Grand Opening
To mark the occasion, Oak Hall is rolling out a month of grand opening specials and pop-up events. Shoppers can check the full lineup HERE and keep up with district-wide happenings by following McEwen Northside on Instagram.
With its blend of heritage, luxury, and modern retail design, Oak Hall’s arrival at McEwen Northside offers Franklin shoppers a new reason to explore Cool Springs in style.
