The 10,000-square-foot shop occupies the ground floor of McEwen Northside’s brand-new Block E building, a $125 million, nine-story addition to the mixed-use development. This marks Oak Hall’s first Franklin location and its third in Tennessee, joining its flagship Memphis store and its Nashville location, which opened in 2016.

For McEwen Northside, Oak Hall’s arrival is a milestone. Oak Hall’s opening is just the beginning of an exciting season for the district. Culinary Dropout, a gastropub concept from Fox Restaurant Concepts, debuts on September 10, and Hawkers Asian Street Food is slated to open in early 2026. Together, these additions further cement McEwen Northside as one of Cool Springs’ most dynamic destinations to shop, dine, and gather.
