You want an Airbnb because you need a common space, a kitchen and you like the ambiance. You want a hotel because there’s an onsite bar, amenities, and daily housekeeping. What if you could have the best of both worlds? Welcome to Bode Nashville.

Whether you are looking to host a college reunion with multiple people, a family getaway to Music City, or a corporate retreat that needs some nice, built-in meeting space — which was the case for the StyleBlueprint team, Bode is worth considering. It’s a place that makes gathering with friends easy, and businesses will enjoy the flexibility for both accommodations and workspace as well as the extra services offered.

Each Bode room has a different layout, and there are options of 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. The 4-bedroom unit that we have booked twice for the SB team has 4 bedrooms, each with a king bed and full bathroom, plus an extra bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The common area includes a kitchen, large living room, dining area and room enough for 20 people to have an all-day offsite as we have done — twice! The kitchen is perfect for hiring a caterer, cooking for yourself or having food delivered in. With a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and large prep area, the space adapts to your needs.

You can create a beautiful outdoor table setting for your company retreat or family reunion. Of course, if it’s just a few of you, you’ll still enjoy all the extra gathering spaces and nooks that Bode provides. Image: Bookings

As you can see on the above 4-bedroom blueprint, there is a fifth bedroom included with room for four more people to sleep!

What we really enjoyed are all the extra spaces available at Bode. There are picnic tables outside with fire pits, outdoor TVs and swings. There are seating nooks throughout the property as well as an onsite, full-service bar and even a small marketplace. It is Music City, so if you have a talented crew, know that yes, there is a stage to perform! And, as it’s just a few blocks off of Lower Broadway, you can elect to walk or Lyft, depending on the weather.

Extras to know about: the WiFi is free, and so is the parking. If the lot is full, there is a paid lot across the street. If you need help ordering groceries, wine, or extras in advance of your stay, Bode is there to help. And, if you would like extra housekeeping, just let the Bode team know. Their staff is always willing to help out and is accommodating to your needs.

Our team loved sipping wine by the outdoor firepit.

Bode is exactly what is promises: an alternative to a hotel with all the amenities you want and need.

We’ve stayed at Bode twice and the space works well for our crew. We’ve ordered pizza and drank bottles of wine outside, used some the gorgeous backdrop for our team headshots, watched the finale of “The Bachelorette” on the outdoor TV, and hired Placemat to come cook us healthy and amazing food from the chef’s kitchen that is found in each room. All in all, we bonded as a team with the abundance of common spaces and amenities that Bode provides. It’s approachable and friendly, and the location could not be better.
