Magnolia Homes has been known for its quality-built homes and timeless designs for over 38 years! In 1987, Karen Garner took a leap of faith by starting her own home-building business. A female in a male-dominated industry, Karen knew she could bring “that extra touch” that makes a house a home and personalize the way homes were built in Memphis, TN, and surrounding areas. When her son, Reggie Garner Jr., joined the team, he brought about qualities that have helped shape Magnolia Homes into what it is today. Much of which he learned from watching his mom all his life: honesty, intentionality, reliability, and innovativeness.

Magnolia Homes continues to provide intentionally designed, quality-built, personalized homes to their discerning homebuyers thanks to the high level of expertise, heart, and soul put into each home they build. In 2020, they opened their 10,000 sq.ft. main office and Design Center in Collierville to help homeowners choose the perfect selections that display their individual style and design preferences. The Magnolia Homes team is very involved and excellent at communicating throughout the entire building process. Magnolia Homes is Currently building in five communities in Collierville and Rossville, where you can build your custom home or select from designer-crafted available homes.
