Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 cups sliced apples I use Fuji — definitely use a baking apple
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Beat 2 eggs, add 2/3 c oil and 1 tsp. vanilla, and add to dry mixture.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Put in greased and floured 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or yogurt.
