Summer is usually the busiest month in the 901, and although some of our favorite events have been canceled or postponed due to COVID-19, many will still be around … just at a later time this year. We’ve rounded up 10 rescheduled Memphis events you can look forward to. It’s time to pull out those calendars!

10 Rescheduled Memphis Events

Beale Street Music Festival

Beale Street Music Festival is set for October 16-18, 2020, in Tom Lee Park. The good news? Most of the original lineup is still set to take the stage.

Cooper-Young Festival

The Cooper-Young Festival — the largest historic district celebration — is set to take place on September 19, 2020.

Great American River Run

This exercising event just got a whole lot cooler in temperature. The Great American River Run now takes place on October 24, 2020, in downtown Memphis.

Memphis Fashion Week

The 9th Annual Memphis Fashion Week is now on the 2020 calendar for August 19 through 21. You can purchase tickets here.

Memphis Greek Festival

Mark your calendars for the 62nd Annual Memphis Greek Festival, taking place on September 25 and 26, 2020.

Memphis Italian Festival

Memphis Italian Festival has rescheduled its event to the summer of 2021.

Mempho Musical Festival

Mempho Music Fest at Shelby Farms Park now takes place in October 2021.

WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational

You can still watch your favorite golfers at the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational on July 29 through August 2, 2020, at TPC Southwind.

World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest

One of Memphis’ favorite event — BBQ Fest — will now take place September 30 through October 3, 2020. You can purchase admission tickets here.

World Championship Hot Wing Contest & Festival

Whether you’re wanting to compete or just eat tasty wings, head to Tiger Lane for World Wing Fest on August 29, 2020.
