Where to Tailgate
When it comes to UK game tailgating, you have options. And options are typically a good thing! Here’s what you can choose between:
- Tailgate Guys: The University of Kentucky partnered with Tailgate Guys to offer tailgating to fans. They offer a number of packages, and they set up tailgates just a short walk from the stadium.
- Tailgating on your own: If you wish to tailgate on your own, you can set up tents in parking lots or try out one of these three known options:
- The Bowl located between the tennis courts and Cooper Dr.
- Gluck Equine Center at the stadium entrance on Nicholasville Rd
- Wildcat Refuge on the southwest corner of the stadium
From just after the Cat Walk (2 hours and 15 minutes before the game) to 30 minutes before kickoff, swing by Gate 12 to enjoy some live music as part of the Kentucky Football Pregame Concert Series. Also, when in Lexington, look for some Burgoo, a Kentucky special!
