This spring, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles unveils its 10th-annual Southeastern Showhouse, presenting the visions of some of the Southโs best interior designers. Evoking the charm of an English manor in the Cotswolds, this yearโs Showhouse features a striking fieldstone-clad faรงade, hand-carved limestone detailing, and a cedar shake roof.
Take a sneak peek at five rooms in this yearโs Showhouse, and make plans to experience it for yourself.

The Dining Room
As you enter the home, you are greeted by Melanie Turner Interiorsโ whimsical โgranny-chicโ dining room. Custom wallcoverings evoke the charm of an enchanted forest, while a bronze snail sculpture nestled among lush greenery adds a playful touch. Traditional English chairs covered in a floral Schumacher fabric and a rich, lacquered wood table tie the room together.

The Kitchen & Scullery
Mary Coley Stevenโs kitchen and scullery design showcases collected, liveable pieces highlighted by a backdrop of strikingly modern finishes. Vibrant shades of mossy green, light wood accents, stonework, and layers of texture and pattern embrace the idea of indoor-outdoor living that perfectly aligns with this yearโs English countryside theme.

The Primary Bedroom
Jared Hughesโs love of antiques and fascination with textiles are the foundation for nearly all of his designs, and nowhere is that more beautifully realized than in this primary bedroom design. Leaning into this yearโs theme, the space emanates a cozy, lived-in feel, thoughtfully layered with mixed, matched, and styled elements. Brimming with chinoiserie and heirloom touches, it effortlessly transports you into the enchanting allure of a Cotswolds estate.

The Primary Bathroom
The primary bathroom by Source encompasses the quintessential overgrown English garden. The perfect balance between manicured and wonderfully wild, it features glossy metals, organic stonework, and an abundance of natural light. An antique bird fixture softens the space, while the shower remains the bathroomโs focal point, the spaceโs โjewel box.โ

The Guest Suite
Interior designer Janie Wilburn of The Jane Group kept the abundance of spring florals in mind when designing the guest suite. When drawing Inspiration from English country style, the key is to look to nature. Trailing blooms, birds, and butterflies lend a note of softness to both the bedding and the walls. The scalloped bed wall boasts a feminine sensibility, with a green velvet headboard and satin ruffled bed skirt tying everything together.

The Bunk Room
Drawing inspiration from classic literature, which often portrays English manors as unfailingly hospitable to friends and guests, Alexandre Fleuren envisioned the bunk room as a refined retreat for single adults to return to after a long day of festivities. The cozy quarters are complete with French silk privacy curtains and under-bed storage drawers.

The Outdoor Living Room
Liz Williamsโs outdoor living room emphasizes the accessible but elevated living the English countryside is known for. Her design seamlessly combines comfort with fun and vibrant eclecticism. The unique bronze and green colorway layered with golds and browns creates a lively yet inviting atmosphere. (When visiting, see if you can spot quirky references to The White Lotusโs Victoria Ratliffโs famous one-liners.)
