Crispy prosciutto-wrapped asparagus is a classic crowd-pleaser and a great way to make use of peak-season asparagus. Table & Thyme Catering in Birmingham, AL, shared their super-easy method with us β only three ingredients required!


Easy Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus
IngredientsΒ Β
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1/2 lb prosciutto
- Olive oil for drizzling
InstructionsΒ
- Preheat your oven to 400ΒΊ and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Rinse your asparagus and trim the woody ends. Cut each piece of prosciutto in half. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each stalk of asparagus, and lay it on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-20 minutes, depending on how chewy or crispy you want the prosciutto.
