Nashville is one of the South’s hottest travel destinations, but if you’ve put your Music City travel plans on hold for the time being, you can still enjoy some of the city’s finest flavors from the comfort of home. Recipe Notes: A Taste of Music City is a free, downloadable cookbook featuring some of Nashville’s most notable chefs and food personalities along with some of their most popular dishes. From Maxwell House Muffins and Cluster Buster Bars to Tomato Pie and the “Piggywich” Grilled Cheese, each recipe brings something special — and delicious — to the table.
The one that caught our eye, though, is the Fried Broccoli with Lemon Zest, Sea Salt and Dipping Sauce found on the menu at Pinewood Social, which we have reprinted with permission below. And by all SB staff accounts, this broccoli recipe is pretty spectacular! “I can verify that it is SO good,” shares SB data analyst Peyton Haecker. And StyleBlueprint founder and CEO Liza Graves seconds that emotion, saying, “This is my favorite broccoli I’ve ever had. It’s crispy, addictive, and I will go to Pinewood Social just to order this and eat it as my meal.”
WOW! Convinced it’s amazing? Well try it for yourself, and then download the rest of the cookbook HERE.
