4 New Nashville Boutique Hotels That Should Be on Your Radar
Nashville recently welcomed a wave of new boutique hotels. Get a peek inside these four uniquely stunning properties! Image: Salt Ranch / Nicola Harger
While the hotel scene in and around downtown Nashville continues to flourish, we’re excited to shine a light on the more intimate properties popping up around town. Each of these new boutique hotels offers a unique personality and a distinctly “Nashville” experience that’s far from the expected — two feature community-focused spaces and programming for locals, and two are devoted to a cozy, guests-only experience.
The Chloe
Neighborhood: Hillsboro Village
More Info: chloenashville.com
Situated in two restored Craftsman cottages in Hillsboro Village, The Chloe Nashville is the third boutique property from the LeBlanc + Smith hospitality team, who previously established The Chloe and The Celestine in New Orleans.
Featuring an all-day restaurant, three bars, a pool, and 19 guest rooms — each with a distinct design — The Chloe Nashville quickly became a hub for both Nashville residents and visitors following its January 2025 opening.
For locals looking to make a night of it, The Chloe is the ideal spot for dinner and drinks before or after a movie at the Belcourt!

Salt Ranch
Neighborhood: East Nashville / Dickerson Pike
More Info: saltranchhotel.com
Located in the burgeoning Dickerson Pike corridor of East Nashville, Salt Ranch is the largest property among this crop of new hotels, offering 48 guest rooms, a pool club, library bodega, a bar, and moody gathering spaces.
Helmed by Nashville developer Tyler Cauble, Salt Ranch pays homage to the property’s history as a mid-century motor inn, while bringing it into the now with thoughtful hospitality and design elements. Guests have plenty of dining and nightlife options nearby, including other recent Dickerson Pike additions such as Fancypants, Cherries, Junior, and Eleven11.

Sylvan Park Boarding House
Neighborhood: Sylvan Park
More Info: spboardinghouse.com
Tucked a couple of blocks behind Richland Park, Sylvan Park Boarding House boasts eight beautifully appointed guest suites, each uniquely designed and named after a historic West Nashville figure.
The property was originally built as a family home in 1910, and has alternated between serving as a private residence and a boarding house for more than a century. Longtime Sylvan Park residents Alex and Erin Tolbert purchased the home in 2021 and lived there for two years before reimagining it once more as Sylvan Park Boarding House.
Beyond luxe in-room amenities like Peacock Alley down and Frette bed linens, Grown Alchemist toiletries, and Dyson hair dryers, guests can also enjoy daily breakfast provided by neighboring Sylvan Park favorite, Tantissimo.

The Grove at Whites Creek
Neighborhood: Whites Creek
More Info: thegroveatwhitescreek.com
Located about 20 minutes outside downtown Nashville, The Grove at Whites Creek is a cozy bed-and-breakfast property, featuring six guest suites and two cottages. Formerly the Inn at Fontanel, the 16-acre property reopened in March 2026 under its new name as a boutique hotel and event venue.
The Grove at Whites Creek is nestled in the countryside on the outskirts of Nashville, making it an ideal retreat for folks who want a stay that’s relaxing, but close to the action if the mood strikes. Guests can linger on the porch, wander the grounds, ride bikes on the nearby Whites Creek Greenway, or take the quick drive into town for a change of pace.
