Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Hass avocado (about 7.5 oz.) halved and pitted
  • cup water
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup fresh parsley leaves
  • ½ cup chopped fresh chives
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a blender or food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
