The Catamaran Tan is Summer in a Glass

Charleston’s new fine-dining destination, Marbled & Fin, is quickly becoming a standout — not just for its elevated coastal cuisine but also for its inventive cocktails. One highlight is the Catamaran Tan. Inspired by “gin and tonics in seersucker suits,” this southern-leaning sipper is playful and polished, with a seersucker-shaped ice cube that nods to its Lowcountry roots.

Bright, botanical, and effortlessly refreshing, the Catamaran Tan blends aloe, Aegean Tonic, lime, and mastic plant resin — an aromatic nod to the Mediterranean that’s as intriguing as it is cooling. It’s the kind of cocktail that feels tailor-made for porch lounging, garden parties, and balmy summer nights.
See the recipe below to bring a taste of Charleston’s newest hotspot to your own home bar!
