As if that’s not enough, the $59-per-person menu also includes an option of honey crisp apple salad with dried cherries, walnuts, and maple syrup vinaigrette or butternut squash soup. The restaurant’s two-course menu includes a filet and crab-stuffed lobster with your choice of starter ($79), classic surf and turf featuring filet mignon and a North Atlantic lobster tail ($88), or 48-hour braised beef short rib ($58). Hotel Wildemont’s signature restaurant offers a can’t-find-it-anywhere-else Thanksgiving menu that treats diners to Thanksgiving with a twist. The pre-fixe menu is still being finalized, but it’s sure to be just as delicious as last year’s options, which featured endive salad, charred broccoli and heirloom cabbage, sweet tea-brined turkey or steak, and dessert options like pecan pie, sweet potato pie, or ambrosia.
The special menu is served from noon to 9 p.m. and costs $89 for adults and $39 for children. Reservations are required.
