Aunt Sarah's Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans white corn drained
- 2 cans black beans drained and rinsed
- 8 oz. feta cheese crumbled
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1 cup green onion chopped
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
