Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans white corn drained
  • 2 cans black beans drained and rinsed
  • 8 oz. feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup green onion chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
