Arrington’s breathtaking views are only the beginning of the town's many offerings. Settle into this custom home and explore everything the countryside has to offer.
Just outside Nashville’s city limits, where rolling hills define the landscape, natural beauty abounds. In this pristine setting, you will find the small town of Arrington, Tennessee, an area in Williamson County that is flourishing thanks to its small-town charm and breathtaking vistas. Arrington is best known for its vineyards as well as being a beautiful equestrian community with offerings everyone can enjoy. Other draws include access to top schools and proximity to the culinary and cultural offerings in Nashville and Franklin — and did we mention the picturesque surroundings?
Nestled within the Arrington countryside, roughly 30 miles from Nashville, a stunning custom home sits amid lush landscaping and fenced pastures. Not only is it on the market, but the price has also recently been reduced. Glance inside the abode, newly remodeled with designer finishes and thoughtful design in the many light-filled rooms.
The perks of living in the countryside are found outside the home. The property’s fenced pastures sit just steps from the home’s outdoor living space, and the sprawling grounds invite the opportunity to run wild or the ability to subdivide the land to build a second home on the 5.69 acres.
Behind the wooden front door of this stone-and-brick home lies inviting interiors that are fresh, modern and timeless. In the foyer, you are met with rich hardwood flooring that warms the home’s contemporary design and soft gray color scheme. The hardwoods stretch beyond the foyer through the main level’s open floorplan, which features an office, living room and eat-in kitchen.

A successful mix of comfort and style make the living space an ideal spot to put your feet up and relax, especially as we spend more time at home. The stone fireplace with wooden mantel warms the area, which opens up beautifully to the eat-in kitchen. While the fireplace is the focal point of the space, the tray ceiling also attracts the eye and adds architectural interest. Natural light shines through large windows and double doors, and a spectacular chandelier hangs in the center of the living room illuminating the space after the sun goes down.
A nearby chef’s kitchen creates additional possibilities for honing in on those cooking skills and feeding the family new, delicious meals without leaving the house. Tying together all-white elements with soft greys enhances the kitchen’s design and makes it a beautiful place for dinner, cooking, and even dishwashing duty. An eat-in area on the kitchen’s island caters to those looking for quick and casual meals while the dining table beckons you to linger over a good meal.
The biggest showstopper in the kitchen’s design is the tile backsplash behind the range and above the wine fridge and microwave. Tile is a decorative staple in a kitchen, and here, it makes a statement that elevates the overall look of the kitchen.
