Sicily Guided Tasting

Explore the captivating wines of Sicily during this guided tasting at Miel Restaurant & Bar, celebrating the unique influence of volcanic soils on winemaking. Guests can sample exceptional white and red wines from the slopes of Mount Etna while learning how elevation, topography, and volcanic terrain contribute to the region’s distinctive character. The experience also delves into the history of Etna’s vineyards, including wines produced from former mafia-owned estates, and explores the traditions of Marsala, both as a cooking wine and a sipping wine.
