Expanding to three days in its third year, JXNFW 2026 will take place on March 20–22, 2026. The weekend will include a series of intimate dining experiences, with the festival’s signature tastings, cooking demonstrations and live music.
The festival kicks off with the Friday Feast, an exclusive multi-course dinner with beverage pairings hosted by Chef Chair Nick Wallace and James Beard Finalist Chef Hunter Evans at the MS Children’s Museum.
Grand Tastings Saturday and Sunday will feature tastings from 25+ acclaimed chefs from Jackson, around Missisisippi and region, cooking demonstrations from Top Chefs and Chef Chair Nick Wallace, and a live DJ. On Saturday, Top Chefs Brittanny Anderson and Chris Viaud will be on stage alongside Chef Nick Wallace, and on Sunday, Evelyn Garcia and Nini Nyugen will be joining him.
