Focus on fitness

Self-care begins with taking care of your body, and a stellar way to do that is with a fitness class you love. If you haven’t tried Pilates, there’s no time like now to give it a try. It’s low-impact and works wonders on improving posture and balance — both of which are crucial as we age. If you want to give Pilates a try, check out Club Pilates — prices vary depending on membership packages. Learn more about the classes available here.

Book a helping hand

From rehearsals to practices to homework and everything in between, it can be hard to get simple tasks done. If you need a few hours to run errands, prep meals or simply have a few moments to yourself, book a Wyndy babysitter. Wyndy pairs background-checked, vetted, undergraduate and graduate student babysitters with families. All payments are made via the app and the typical job ranges from $13 to $20 per hour. Learn more at wyndy.com.
