This is a fun, flexible, nine-week mahjong league where players mix, mingle, compete a little, and connect a lot. All levels are welcome; the cost is $75 for the scramble. (You are welcome to use partner code CASSIE when you register.)
September 17, 2026: Mahjong Madness
Have a good time and support the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art! This third annual event includes mimosas and canapes, door prizes and grand prizes, and the chance to celebrate the Memphis art scene. Tickets start at $75.
September 22, 2026: MahJ & Mingle
Celebrate the first day of autumn with heavy hors d’oeuvres, door prizes, and of course, lots of mahjong fun! The cost is $40 per person.
September 24, 2026: Tea and Tiles
A lovely event for players of all levels. Your $55 ticket includes drinks and tiered trays of delicious finger food.
October 17, 2026: MahJ Squad 901 Birthday Celebration
Join the squad for food, fun, and of course, plenty of mahjong. The event includes special games and a raffle.
October 28, 2026: Halloween Brunch & Play
Join the spooktacular Mah Jongg Halloween Brunch & Play at Belltower Coffeehouse overlooking Shelby Farms lake.
November 5, 2026: Pungs and Peacocks
All skill levels are welcome at this themed event celebrating the classic game. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy a little friendly competition and connect with fellow enthusiasts. Tickets are $55.
November 1, 8, 15 & 22: Down to Mahj
Calling all intermediate and advanced players to this fun, fast-paced, four-week event at Cheffie’s in East Memphis. Tickets are $100 for the four weeks.
