Junior League of Birmingham
For more than a century, the Junior League of Birmingham (JLB) has brought women together to lead, serve, and create lasting change. Today, more than 1,500 dedicated members carry that legacy forward, giving their time, talents, and resources to address some of Birmingham’s most pressing needs. Through leadership training, volunteer action, and community collaboration, the Junior League equips women to become effective civic leaders while supporting initiatives that improve the lives of children and families across Jefferson and Shelby counties. That impact takes many forms, including stocking the JLB Essentials Pantry in Fairfield City Schools and expanding human trafficking awareness and prevention efforts. With the support of generous donors, corporate sponsors, grantors, and fundraising efforts, the JLB continues meeting critical needs today while cultivating the next generation of leaders.
