  • 16 oz fresh green peas
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • Β½ cup mayo
  • Β½ tsp kosher salt
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • Β½ cup bacon crumbles
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • 3 avocado halves
