I typically cook without a recipe which you can do, too. It’s all about keeping certain things on hand which allow you to easily put together a meal based on your leftovers and what you are feeling like. I’m not saying not to meal plan, as it’s great for most people. I typically will plan two to three meals a week and then be creative on the other nights.
