Said to be “the most high-profile piece of real estate to ever hit the Nashville market,” the design for the Grand Penthouse at Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville has finally been unveiled. The $25 million penthouse encompasses the entire 40th floor of the downtown high-rise, offering 360-degree views of Broadway, the Cumberland River and Nissan Stadium.

With nearly 11,000 square feet of combined interior and exterior space, the structure is the result of development partner Congress Group, Inc. and international designer Gavin Brodin of Brodin Design Build. “There has never been a project like Four Seasons Private Residences in downtown Nashville, and this will be the only Four Seasons Grand Penthouse [ever] in downtown Nashville,” say Marie-Laure Frère, Sales Director at Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville. “There’s simply nothing like it, nor will there ever be. The owner will be perched 540 feet above the city with 360-degree views. It is truly the catbird seat in one of the most inspirational cities in the world. Just like our half-floor penthouses, once this is sold, we do not expect it to be back on the market again for a very long time.”

Standing 540 feet above Nashville, the Grand Penthouse at Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville offers sweeping views of the surrounding cityscape.

The design team imagined a space for both living and entertaining, equipped with an incredible master bedroom, fire pits, bars, and a theater — all with intricate details like wood features, shadow gaps, metal, paneled leather walls, hidden doors, and wine and champagne displays. However, the final design is ultimately up to the future owner. “I could just as easily see this Nashville Grand Penthouse as an extraordinary home enjoyed for generations, or I imagine a recording studio at the very top of a city whose musical history is unparalleled,” adds Marie-Laure. “It would be an iconic artist-in-residence destination, and one that [has] allure worldwide.”

As if the space is not luxurious enough, the Grand Penthouse also includes access to Four Seasons’ amenities, including a dedicated residential lobby as well as the residential level complete with a sky garden, fitness studio, owner lounge, and multimedia room. “There is nothing in the world similar to a life a Four Seasons owner lives. It is not a matter of a list of our amenities or services, but how they translate to each of the lives lived at our residences,” Marie-Laure says of life at Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville. “Four Seasons has a culture all to its own, and it is the people who deliver these experiences who make the difference. And these experiences and the connection to our property and brand just get richer and richer with every passing year.”

If the penthouse sells for its asking price of $25 million, it is rumored to be the most expensive property ever sold in Nashville.
