Malloreddus Pasta Class + Lunch

Discover the rich culinary traditions of Sardinia during a hands-on pasta-making class at Yolan. Led by Chef de Cuisine Liam Byres, this immersive experience focuses on malloreddus, Sardinia’s iconic pasta shape, with a centuries-old history and a saffron-infused tradition that reflects the island’s agricultural heritage and its connection to Mediterranean trade routes. Guests prepare fresh pasta dough, learn traditional shaping techniques, and create their own malloreddus to take home. Following the class, participants enjoy a three-course lunch featuring a seasonal salad, malloreddus with saffron tomato ragù, dessert, and curated wine pairings.
