Luckily, this year, plenty of Birmingham’s local spots are serving up tasty menus, buffets and, of course, cheers-worthy cocktails on Sunday, April 21. Pursell Farms hosts a gorgeous Easter weekend complete with a delicious brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Hamilton Place. Diners can expect all their favorite brunch specials with an elegant twist in a breathtaking environment. Brunch will be preceded by an Easter Service and an Easter egg hunt. Brunch is priced at $55 plus tax and fees for adults, $27.50 for children ages 4 to 12 and free for children under the age of 4. If you want to book a room or cabin and make a weekend of it, they are offering a spring wagon tour of the farm Friday night and a complimentary Easter egg dying and an outdoor family movie on Saturday. Available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., their special dishes include a grilled flank steak, buttermilk fried chicken, salmon croquette and even kids’ options. Daniel George desserts like the decadent warm chocolate lava cake are irresistible. And there will be Bloody Marys, mimosas and sparkling rose libations. Brunch is $30 for adults and includes an entrée, small salad, side of fruit and dessert, and $12 for kids, which includes an entrée and dessert. Reservations can be made here.

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny at the Birmingham Zoo
