Highlands Bar and Grill

Highlands is a restaurant where you will find a menu driven by the season. The menu is rooted in French technique and peppered with a variety of dishes highlighting the freshest of fresh. The modern American-French inspired menu at Galley and Garden changes seasonally and showcases unique signature dishes with Southern influences. Chef James Boyce and his team are driven by seasonality and locality, and they source from dedicated farmers and foragers to ensure unsurpassed quality during the height of every season.

Hot and Hot Fish Club

Chef and co-owners Chris and Idie Hastings set out to uniquely blend French, Southern, and California-styles of cooking at Hot and Hot Fish Club in Birmingham. The restaurant is located in a historic downtown building that provides a beautiful backdrop to a menu filled with inventive entrees that consistently impress.
