We love getting the shopping scoop from industry experts, so when it came to compiling a short list of the best in local biz, we knew we had to turn to Atlantaβs boutique owners themselves. Of course Atlanta area business owners are fond of their own shops, but where do they go for a little retail therapy when their own inventory just wonβt do? We asked a few of our favorite ATL entrepreneurs where they do their shopping for anyone and everyone on their list (including themselves!). Hereβs what they had to say β¦
Erin and Rachel Regal, Boho Bus
βIf youβre looking for something other than farmhouse decor, Miko & Boone in Roswell is the place to find modern, stylish home trends. They have the cutest gift items and gorgeous local artwork (like Britt Bass). We scooped up the cutest trendy dog collars here. Market with a B in Marietta carries the best candles ever β Southern Firefly. Get the Georgia Peach scent! They also have adorable baby toys, books and gifts along with home goods, some clothing and accessories and lots of local-focused gifts. This is specific, but the Sentimentalist is awesome for brides to be. Again, unique and trendy styles that you wonβt find at other Southern bridal stores, plus the people who work there are amazing. They also carry handmade and vintage bridal accessories like jewelry, headpieces and belts which you wonβt be able to find anywhere else in Atlanta.β
Taylor Gwynn, Coton Colors
βI love stepping into a store that offers up an experience. It inspires me to stay a while and take something special and unique home with me. Thatβs what I strive for in my store, so I enjoy looking for that experience elsewhere as well. One of my local favorites is Star Provisions. They have a great store aesthetic and presentation of their foods. I can always find something I need to have, and I never leave without enjoying a yummy sandwich! Another local favorite is Baby Braithwaite. I have a young daughter, so Iβve frequented there for beautiful, more traditional items that I know sheβll have forever.β
Dana Spinola, fabβrik
βWhile I have found that I can pretty much wear fabβrik for everything, Tootsies has been my go-to place for βdressierβ dresses for over 10 years. They have never let me down! Their team really knows their stuff, and I always walk out with a dress I am in love with. Their new space is beautiful and tons of natural light help to create a great, relaxing shopping experience. The dresses are well-organized, usually by event and color, so you always know which section you should start in!β
Kim Wilson, Lucyβs Market
βOne place I like to shop is Scott Antiques. I am always looking for ways to incorporate vintage pieces into our displays, and I can always find something unique there.β

βI love Peridot. Iβve always loved Peridot! Itβs such a cute store.β

βI love Huff Harrington, and I love them. Whenever Iβm near and have time, Iβll pop in to say hi. House of Hazen is right across the street from where I live and is a really pretty shop. Marguerites on Dresden, too!β
Laura Walker Baird, Verde Home
βKolo Collection for everything outdoor. They have such a wide range of styles and are extremely knowledgeable. Anthropologie for interesting knobs and hooks that can transform a piece furniture and fun tableware. Kai Lin Art for local art and piano lessons for my daughter.
Ann Mashburn and Kane for unique clothing. Antiques and Beyond for all things vintage; I love wandering the aisles and making that one of a kind discovery. Sam Flax for art supplies and great kid birthday gifts on the sale second floor. River Mint Finery for the cool Cali vibe. Woo in Peachtree Battle for a quick makeup fix. They are so helpful, and I always feel better after I leave. As you can see, I can keep going β¦β
Mandy Kellogg Rye, Waiting on Martha HOME
βI love to support my fellow business owners at Vinings Jubilee. Hemline is my go-to for great clothing brands I canβt typically find elsewhere. I like Etc. East for special, one-of-a-kind jewelry, and I shop at Willow Green to indulge my love of flowers and all things green. Then for fresh produce, fruits, pies and ready-to-bake casseroles I hit up Front Porch Market and Lucyβs. Finally, my favorite home and gift store (other than my own, of course!) is Huff Harrington.β

Lindsey Catone & Blakely Whitehead, Willow Park Boutique
βWhen it comes to our favorite shops around town, we have our go-to gift shop, The Lettered HenΒ for hostess gifts, teacher gifts and all things for our kids. When it comes to the home, we just canβt get enough Jana Fleming Art. We joke our homes are like mini galleries. She also has amazing jewelry and smaller art pieces for gift giving. We also love Tulipano when looking for high-end designer pieces. They always have something special to splurge on!β
