While the hotel scene in and around downtown Nashville continues to flourish, we’re excited to shine a light on the more intimate properties popping up around town. Each of these new boutique hotels offers a unique personality and a distinctly “Nashville” experience that’s far from the expected — two feature community-focused spaces and programming for locals, and two are devoted to a cozy, guests-only experience.

Situated in two restored Craftsman cottages in Hillsboro Village, The Chloe Nashville is the third boutique property from the LeBlanc + Smith hospitality team, who previously established The Chloe and The Celestine in New Orleans.

Featuring an all-day restaurant, three bars, a pool, and 19 guest rooms — each with a distinct design — The Chloe Nashville quickly became a hub for both Nashville residents and visitors following its January 2025 opening.

For locals looking to make a night of it, The Chloe is the ideal spot for dinner and drinks before or after a movie at the Belcourt!
