Each unit is carefully curated by GoodNight Stay, a premier vacation rental property management company. Take a look inside some of their Nashville offerings — and learn why they’re not your typical short-term rentals!
GoodNight Stay was started in Arizona 15 years ago by Scott Graden to provide high-quality, luxury stays in the vacation rental world. Not only has GoodNight Stay done just that, but they’ve also expanded into other cities, including approximately 400 properties throughout Nashville. “We have a large network of homes now, and it’s gone beyond just the luxury stays,” explains Scott. “We’re also trying to be a cutting edge company on the design part. We want to develop a whole experience for the guests in all of our units.”

Using a design-focused approach, each one of GoodNight Stay’s Nashville homes offers the perfect blend of modern design, luxury, and comfort. “Modern design is often seen as sparse, cold, and maybe even uncomfortable, but we’re combining modern elements with comfort,” says Scott. “Bringing in that Nashville vibe is also extremely important to us. We see a lot of rentals in the market that have Nashville [features] everywhere you look, but we like to pepper it throughout our properties.”
An example of these subtle, Nashville-centric details can be seen in one of GoodNight Stay’s newer properties. Scott describes the vibe of this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom unit as ‘rockstar-like.’ From the Willie Nelson mural above the dining table to the 22-foot-long light fixture in the living room, you can find several items throughout the home that have been locally sourced from Nashville artisans.

In addition to stately, professionally designed interiors, GoodNight Stay rentals include everything you might need during your stay. Unlike hotels or other short-term rental properties, where kitchen cabinets and drawers are empty, every kitchen in a GoodNight Stay unit is equipped with all the tools and essentials you need to whip up a delicious, home-cooked meal. GoodNight Stay even has its own mattress and linen brand!
Pin“Booking one of our homes means you’re going to have everything you need throughout your stay,” says Scott of the amenities you’ll find in a GoodNight Stay property. You can book this “Downtown Dreamer” property HERE.PinMany GoodNight Stay properties also include rooftop lounge areas that offer sweeping views of downtown Nashville, including this “Hollywood Hills of Nashville” property.
During your stay, you can also take advantage of GoodNight Stay’s world-class concierge service, which provides travelers with recommendations for Nashville’s best local shops, restaurants, and attractions. “It’s not only about the home; it’s also about the experience that we’re giving our guests with our concierge services that guide them to the proper places to go within each city,” adds Scott. You can also view GoodNight Stay’s extensive guides on the best activities, events, and restaurants in Nashville before your trip!
Pin“Design, luxury, amenities, and comfort are super important to us in all of our units,” says Scott of what sets GoodNight Stay apart from other short-term rental companies. One of the most significant advantages of booking a rental property with GoodNight Stay is the company’s standardized approach. Unlike traditional rental services, where you have a different host and expectations for every stay, GoodNight Stay offers a consistent level of comfort, luxury, and quality every time you book with them. “We’ve developed a standardized approach to short-term rentals,” says Scott. “This means the comfort, quality, and cleanliness are always the same.”
No matter which Nashville property you choose as your home base, you’re guaranteed to experience top-notch hospitality, furnishings, and amenities when you book with GoodNight Stay.
