Miel

With its opening in 2008, Miel was the starting point for the revitalization of the historic district, Charlotte Avenue. Housed in the former Johnson’s Meat Market, Miel is rustic yet elegant. Their menu is decorated with small plates of pates, olives, artisanal cheeses, and baby greens. The classic nature of Miel’s cuisine is spoken through entrees like Bouillabaisse and other dishes featuring local meats, seasonal vegetables, and a wide array of seafood.  Sustainable foods and practices are at the core of Miel’s identity. Their elegant interior creates an ideal setting for an intimate date night, larger parties, and small weddings.
